PAYMENT METHODS

– PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATES
Every price published on ZODYAK.CO.UK, payments and invoices are quoted in Great British Pounds.
All prices include British VAT (exception made for TAX FREE countries for which prices will be quoted TAX FREE).
Prices do NOT include any further tax or import duty: such expenses are at the expense of the customer who is responsible for goods clearance.
ZODYAK.CO.UK parcel delivery is done by Royal Mail which provides a free delivery to the UK and charged delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
Express Saver delivery can also be provided with extra costs at the expense of the customer.

All shipments are insured.
ZODYAK.CO.UK informs that in case of purchase outside of United Kingdom, charges on credit cards or PayPal could be subject to exchange rates.
In order to simplify the process, a currency converter is used.
Please refer to your local bank for further exchange rates information.
It is in any case not possible to issue an invoice with lower value or a pro-forma invoice.
Every delivery is shipped along with the corresponding commercial invoice.

– PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promo codes are strictly personal and can be used as discount when buying on ZODYAK.CO.UK.
Please enter the code, if provided, in the dedicated field: after selecting the goods of the cart, enter the code and press “apply”.

There are some restrictions applied by ZODYAK.CO.UK:
The promotional code can only be used once
It cannot be converted into cash money
It is not possible to use more than one code per purchase
Promotional codes can only be referred to one item
The expiry date is mandatory
The promotional code can be used together with Store Credit, if available.
The customer, who accepts to receive the newsletter ofZODYAK.CO.UK, will receive updates about sales and promotional activities.

– PAYMENT METHODS
ZODYAK.CO.UK accept following payment methods:

Credit Card
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Carta Aura, Discover.
Credit card payments are done via PayPal. For more information please refer to www.paypal.com.

PayPal
Goods are shipped to verified PayPal account’s address solely.

New customers
ZODYAK.CO.UK can ask PayPal to verify the transfer before the bill is invoiced to customer’s credit card.
This could cause a slight delay in your first purchase order.
ZODYAK.CO.UK has the rights to ask that first delivery to new customers shall be shipped to same address as the invoice.

– TRACKING
Customers can always ask for a tracking of their order by sending an e-mail to:or****@*******co.uk With name of the customer and purchase order number (which can be found in the order confirmation)
Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to make any change to it.
Orders received separately will be shipped separately.
