ORDER PROCESSING

• ZODYAK has the right to decline a purchase order in the case of an unapproved payment from the customer’s bank.
• It is not possible to modify the purchase order once it is sent.
• Orders placed separately, will be shipped separately.
• During sale, shipments could be delayed.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK exercises the right to postpone any dispatch in case of unscheduled and unpredictable events.
• ZODYAK has the right to decline to process a purchase order to anyone at any time.

FINAL CUSTOMER

• ZODYAK has created and published the site ZODYAK.CO.UK to offer a commercial service to final customers worldwide.
• The items are sold on ZODYAK.CO.UK to the final customer only.
• The final customer is to be intended as a person who does not operate any professional activity that may include re-sale of items purchased on ZODYAK.CO.UK.
• In accordance with this policy, ZODYAK has the right to decline to process an order which is not intended to be shipped to the final customer or in case of non-compliance with above mentioned policy.

CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS

• Customers must be 18 years or older
• Customers must be eligible to sign legal contracts
• Customers must have a valid email address
• Customers must have the right to use a valid form of payment among those accepted by ZODYAK.CO.UK

ITEMS AVAILABILITY

• Items on ZODYAK.CO.UK are subject to availability of colour and size.
• ZODYAK is the Authorized Dealer of all items posted online and guarantees every item’s authenticity.
• As soon as a purchase request is entered, an availability confirmation is sent to the customer’s email.
  In case of any unavailability or issue with the purchase order, ZODYAK.CO.UK will contact the customer immediately.

DECLINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

• ZODYAK publishes information on its website ZODYAK.CO.UK to provide a service to the users, but declines all responsibility in case of technical inaccuracy and/or typing mistake.
• The customers can refer to customerservice@zodyak.co.uk: mistakes will be promptly amended.
• ZODYAK does not offer any guaranty that the published information complies to the laws of the customers’ Country.
• ZODYAK has the right to make corrections and changes to the contents of its website with no notice.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK is a protected website according to international Internet standards; the customers will not encounter viruses.
• However, ZODYAK declines every responsibility caused by improper use of the website or irregularities due to the deactivation of web cookies on user’s browser.
• ZODYAK has the right to modify and update above mentioned policies without notice.
• The customers are obliged to accept the terms and conditions contained in this legal note.

IMAGES ONLINE

• ZODYAK.CO.UK declines every responsibility in case colours shown on customers’ PC, tablet and smartphone appears to be slightly different to the actual product due to colour configuration or malfunctioning.
• The owner of all images published online on ZODYAK.CO.UK is exclusively ZODYAK.
• Unauthorized usage will be prosecuted.

LEGAL TERMS

• Customers of ZODYAK.CO.UK accept and agree all terms and conditions published online.
• CO.UK has the right to ask customers who are not willing to accept its terms and conditions, to refrain from using ZODYAK.CO.UK website.
• The usage of ZODYAK.CO.UK is for personal use of the final customer only to provide information on items to be sold.

COPYRIGHTS

• All documents, images, fonts, layout, codes and format scripts are protected by copyrights.
• Reproduction, modification and re-distribution to third parties are strictly prohibited without the written authorization of ZODYAK.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING TERMS

ZODYAK.CO.UK dispatches free of charge by UPS.

The delivery times of the expeditions are the following:

• United Kingdom: 1 day (2 days for the isles)
• Europe: 2- 4 days
• Rest of the World: 3 – 7 days

Per actual commercial regulations, all deliveries from ZODYAK.CO.UK are accompanied by commercial invoices in Great British Pounds which show the value of each item and discount in case provided.
ZODYAK.CO.UK delivers the goods to the address which is indicated in the purchase form.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Orders are dispatched by ZODYAK.CO.UK from Monday to Friday on working hours 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• In case of orders received after 5 p.m. on Friday and during the week-end, orders will be processed on following Monday.
• In case of available items, dispatch will be processed immediately on following working day after payment.
• During sale period dispatch, may be delayed.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK exercises the right to postpone any dispatch in case of unscheduled and unpredictable events.

DISPATCH TRACKING

• When goods are dispatched, customers receive a confirmation by email with a tracking number and a link to courier’s homepage to monitor the delivery.

FREIGHT INSURANCE

• Every parcel is insured during the shipment until delivery in case of theft or damage with no extra cost to the customer.

ORDERS DELIVERY

• When goods have been delivered, the recipient shall inspect the parcel before signing for it. In case of any damage to the package the recipient shall refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged.
• In case of delivery acceptance with no indication of damage, no further complaint will be accepted by ZODYAK.CO.UK.
• The customers entering a purchase order to ZODYAK.CO.UK sign a commercial agreement and is obliged to receive the ordered goods.
• In case no delivery is possible due to incorrect shipping details (such as wrong delivery address, recipients’ absence or wrong telephone number) or if recipients refuse the delivery for any other case not previously mentioned, dispatch and Customs duties are at the customers’ expenses.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK shall not be considered responsible in case of delay to be caused by the courier and unscheduled and unpredictable events such as strike, transport issues, weather condition.
  In such cases, customers will be promptly informed.

PAYMENT METHODS

PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATES

• Every price published on ZODYAK.CO.UK, payments and invoices are quoted in Great British Pounds.
• Prices do NOT include any further tax or import duty: such expenses are at the expense of the customer who is responsible for goods clearance.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK parcel delivery is done by UPS and provides a free delivery service.
• All shipments are insured.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK informs that in case of purchase outside of United Kingdom, charges on credit cards or PayPal could be subject to exchange rates.
• Please refer to your local bank for further exchange rates information.
• It is in any case not possible to issue an invoice with lower value or a pro-forma invoice.
• Every delivery is shipped along with the corresponding commercial invoice.

PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promo codes are strictly personal and can be used as discount when buying on ZODYAK.CO.UK.
Please enter the code, if provided, in the dedicated field: after selecting the goods of the cart, enter the code and press “apply”.

There are some restrictions applied by ZODYAK.CO.UK:

• The promotional code can only be used once
• It cannot be converted into cash money
• It is not possible to use more than one code per purchase
• Promotional codes can only be referred to one item
• The expiry date is mandatory
• The promotional code can be used together with Store Credit, if available.
• The customer, who accepts to receive the newsletter of ZODYAK.CO.UK, will receive updates about sales and promotional activities.

PAYMENT METHODS
ZODYAK.CO.UK accept following payment methods:

• Credit Card
  Accepted credit cards: American Express, Maestro, Visa and MasterCard.
• PayPal
  PayPal payment is accepted. Goods are shipped to verified PayPal account’s address solely. For more information please refer to paypal.com
• New customers
  ZODYAK.CO.UK can ask PayPal to verify the transfer before the bill is invoiced to customer’s credit card. This could cause a slight delay in your first purchase order.
  ZODYAK.CO.UK has the rights to ask that first delivery to new customers shall be shipped to same address as the invoice.

TRACKING

• Customers can always ask for a tracking of their order by sending an email to: orders@zodyak.co.uk With name of the customer and purchase order number (which can be found in the order confirmation).
• Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to make any change to it.
• Orders received separately will be shipped separately.

RETURNS POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• In case the customers decide to exercise their right of withdrawal, the goods can be returned in 14 days (beginning on the day they received their order). In this case, customers can decide to ask for a refund or an exchange.
• In case of purchase of more than one item, the customer has the right also to return only one item.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a request to
  customerservice@zodyak.co.uk informing about purchase order number, item code number that must be returned and the choice of withdrawal: Size Exchange or Refund.
• Once the request of withdrawal is received, ZODYAK.CO.UK will send to the customer a confirmation by email with the Withdrawal Authorization number. This number must be indicated on the waybill of the courier which is indicated in the Authorization email.
• The shipping cost of the items the customers wish to exchange or return shall be at their expenses and correspond to 10 GBP from United Kingdom and Europe, 20 GBP from the rest of the world.

SIZE EXCHANGE

• It is possible to exchange the product with a different size or a different colour (if available). It is not possible to exchange any product with a different model/item.
• Only one exchange is applicable for each withdrawal.

REFUND

• Once the goods are received and checked by ZODYAK.CO.UK, the withdrawal can be authorized and full refund will immediately be processed.
• In case of payment with credit card, the refund will be available in about 10 working days, depending on each credit card company.
• In case of payment through PayPal, the refund will be transmitted to same account.

WITHDRAWAL REGULATIONS

• To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned complete and without any sign of having been used, worn, washed or damaged.
• Returned items must be intact and show all labels, packaging and accessories as when they were received.
• Returned items must be shipped using same parcel which was received with the order.
• In case the item received has a flaw, ZODYAK will need photo-graphical evidence before authorizing the withdrawal; in this case, ZODYAK will provide full refund of the goods and of the return delivery dispatch amount.
• No return will be authorized in case of worn goods.
• ZODYAK.CO.UK will not accept items returned without authorisation or non-compliance to one of above mentioned withdrawal terms and selling regulations. Goods will be returned to same customers’ address.
